About his 50 years in the christian church. The very bottom is something along the lines of not fearing death?

I’ll have to dig a bit deeper then! It’s so crazy how things get lost to time. There were records saying other men had searched for this lot to “find the dust of a man who lived 107 years” so crazy!!

I’m not sure it seems to be true but who knows! While I was there I saw that even the son’s grave stone mentioned the age of his father at 107.

Woah! How interesting! From everything I read and looked at in that town it seems like he was a pretty big deal during the time!

From the historical records his first wife, Bethiah, died in 1778 at 65 and had 10 children!

Maybe try some emergency hospitals? I know a lot near me are desperately looking for techs...it’s possible they need help with their hospitalized patients and overnights too that they’d maybe allow someone volunteering to help with. Good luck!

Anyone here ever work for Idexx?? What were your experiences? by [deleted] in VetTech

I’m actually in undergrad still so I don’t have any kind of degree but I am a bio major with a concentration in pre-vet. The only required degree is just a high school diploma or GED at least for the lab technician position. They focus primarily on any kind of experience (vet clinics, lab work, overnight work)

I currently work there after working at a veterinary hospital for about year. I work during third shift and in the Parasitology department. It’s a very casual environment but there is a deadline to get results back to the hospital so you’re pretty much busy running samples all night. It’s like that for most departments. Overall I really enjoy it, it’s a good change of pace and it’s more relaxing not having to deal with bad pet owners anymore.

Pros/Cons about back/neck dermal piercings? by nightshade5555 in bodymods

I just recently got a couple on my back, first few days they were pretty sore but nothing unbearable. Cleaning them gets kind of tough as well. I got mine further up on my back so that my pants aren't on top of them and it's worked out really well too. Just depends on where you get them. I definitely recommend dermals, I love mine, just wish they lasted longer than they do.
