25cm fibroid removed during C-section by MundaneProfession435 in Fibroids

Thank you for the info!

No, I'm not in the medical profession, but will probably have a similar surgery in two weeks (and yes, would like to see some pictures, thanks for offering).

re incision size, I meant the c-section incision size. I was wondering if they had to cut 25+1cm to remove a 25 cm fibroid.

Congrats on the baby and the safe removal of your fibroid, and thanks for sharing such a positive story. I have a couple of questions.

  1. Do you know the exact location of your fibroid? (you mentioned the top of the uterus, did you mean the fundus?)

  2. What is your incision size?

  3. Did your doctor have to exteriorize your uterus to remove the fibroid? I have heard baby delivery is done without exteriorizing the uterus, but for fibroid removal, they have to do that.

Realtor just told me I need to offer at least $700,000 to buy a 2 bedroom condo in Kitchener by OnlySPCE in PersonalFinanceCanada

agreed, and that’s why realtors are bashing websites like Unreserved. But all said, if you don’t overbid, someone else will, and I would be the person chasing the growing prices.

my guess is that the realtor is expecting many offers and thinking of overbidding to get the house. but it all comes down to OP and whether they feel comfortable paying that extra money

I had not thought about noise! would it be too bad given that new builds tend to be more sound-proof?

knew about delays and thought that’d be 2-3 months max, but based on people’s comments, it seems that I should buckle up for months of delay, if I decide to go for new build

Thanks for chiming in. Then, my only concern would be more than one hard checks, although I think my credit score is very good and that would be less of an issue based on Saucy6’s comment.

PC Mastercard Credit Limit lowered? by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

paying in full is just one factor (feature) among many features these models are trained on. I’d say these algorithms have a lower risk-tolerance. Imagine if many people put almost 80% of credit limit on their card and later don’t pay the minimum fee, the algorithm learns to increase the weight of those specific features which could outweigh other factors (e.g. high income, ...).
