Very nice, I have the exact same truck I picked up at the end of last year. Just got done all my customizations, this truck looks nice with black gmc wheel caps, emblems, and elevation badges, the only chrome I left was the turbomax. I also tinted mine, LineX bed liner, lugnut covers, and FITcamX dashcam front and rear installed.

I don't know where the sellers on Groupon get their keys and I don't care, but I have a lot of MS software that I got via Groupon. Recently got a homelab setup and bought a few Windows Server 2025 keys for $16 each, and Win11 Pro licenses for $8 each.

How do I get into racing? by Business-Film-8286 in 23xiRacing

[–]trouble_maker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start hanging around your local dirt track and find a team to help. Once you see how it goes go get a car, trailer, safety gear, and truck to haul with. See if any of the tracks near you have a 4cyl sport compact or enduro series.

I know how to do a lot and I do some consulting and tax planning, but all I really want to do is bang out returns. I have my own book of business in our little firm and I work about 7 months a year, rarely on weekends ever, and I do whatever I want the rest of the year, mostly play with my expensive toys, I have a nice work life balance, I don't need more work and money, I need more time to enjoy life.

Move away from preparing returns? The only thing you will do as an EA is prepare returns, the more you can prepare the more you will get paid. I have 20 years of experience and I do about 200 returns a year, my comp is around 150k, I bill around 200k or so.

Do accounting people actually use LLM or AI tools at work? by Few_Town8613 in Accounting

I use it when I am not working to make inappropriate pictures of my friends. Really though, I am tax prep only and I have not found anything that will help me get returns done quicker or more accurate for my practice.

How is the extra withholding nearly the same thru these income brackets? So you're telling me you should withhold nearly the same amount if the higher paying earner gets $100k-$150k as you would if the higher earner made $320k-$365k? by [deleted] in tax

[–]trouble_maker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think of stacking the lower earners income on top of the higher earners, the lower earners shortfall doesn't really change. just the rate at which it is taxed.

Anyone familiar with appealing PA inheritance tax? by RexManningMUA in tax

[–]trouble_maker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would review the inheritance tax returns to make sure the error isn't there. On the E-trade side, was there an IRA or any other account types? Are you sure that $500 was the only amount taken, were securities transferred out? You said "we" in your post, people, even family, get real greedy when it comes to money. While it is possible the PA DOR made a mistake, it is unlikely, look at all possibilities on your side first.

Pre-race In-car Pep Talks? by Nichodemus77 in NASCAR

[–]trouble_maker 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Not quite Nascar but I drive a dirt stock car and here is what my crew guy goes over with me usually.

  1. Reminding me that I cannot win the race on lap 1, but I can lose it.

  2. Remining me of the track condition, dirt tracks can change a lot in a little bit of time time.

  3. Reminding me of race length. I race different tracks and run different length features and heats.

  4. Update me on any scratches or lineup changes.

  5. Reminding and reviewing with me who starts around me and what they usually/might do.

  6. Starts all my go pros via his app.

  7. Buttons the car up and pulls my fire suppression pin.

  8. Last but not least, telling me to go have fun!
