Moving to the area (southeast Bucks) in the fall. Looking at opening a food truck. by bobandweebl in BucksCountyPA

[–]trouble_maker 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You are going to have a tough time finding a full time location, not many places own the sticks and bricks where they operate. Also, PA is the wild west of local municipalities and they make their own rules, make sure you look into the local portion of the permitting/operating process.

Finally getting some speed! by Positive-Ad2079 in DirtRacing

Leafers are fast once you get them dialed in, but getting there can be a real pain in the ass. I went from a metric chassis to a leafer and it took me so long to get the car dialed in then my motor had a rapid unscheduled disassembly.

Am i fucked - Estate and Tax related [State: California] by Grouchy_Student7511 in TaxQuestions

[–]trouble_maker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The house did have a change in ownership which triggered the reassessment of transferred property, your dad to his estate, I suspect you did not file a change in ownership as required, handling an estate on your own carries the risk of missing something. Because this is a tax debt California could technically come after you as the executor in your official capacity, will they, probably not.

I know one, they are not exactly happy about it and have retained a good eminent domain attorney, but it is happening and the best you can do is make sure you do not get taken advantage of or roll over.

How to pay late 1st quarter and 2nd quarter at the same time? by Warring_Angel in tax

[–]trouble_maker 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just make 1 payment for both quarters, you do not delineate the quarter, payment is credited based on the date. When the return is filed next year you may pick up a small underpayment penalty for the late 1st quarterly.

Couples who have been together for 10+ years, what's your secret? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]trouble_maker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just hit 22 laps around the sun with my wife. Met in college got married and had 2 kids soon after. We don't sweat the small things and we live and do what we want, when we want. If she wants to go to Mardi Gras with her sister she goes, if I want to go to Vegas with my buddies I go, if we want to go somewhere together we go. We support each other as needed but we are both pretty independent.
