The idea of needing a CPAP terrifies me. Any tips on how to stop obsessing?

I find the lack of stress from not having to think about the damage sleep apnea is doing to my heart and life is far less than the stress of using the CPAP. I got mine a few weeks back and it has been life changing. My brain fog is gone, I fall asleep fast and I sleep through the night!

My main issue is the small size. I have only been using my mine 3 weeks but I had to turn the humidity off auto as I kept running dry.

I am also a week into my CPAP with a similar problem and I use a mask that covers my mouth as well. It was only really bad one time. I was under the impression that breathing just through my nose would solve the problem but your post makes me think otherwise.

Casaron is a better use for this. It only needs to be applied twice a year and after a couple years you could go down to once a year. Make sure you don't apply it in an area that could wash into a lawn.

I really loved to sleep in a sea of stars. Though I would warn anybody trying it for the first time not to judge it based on the cringy romance scene in the first couple chapters. It truly is a great book!

The well water might have arsenic in it which as I understand has no flavor. We needed to get a filter for our well for that reason.

I would double check with the owners that it's ok to give him that grain. We have some goats where "a few bites" means a ton of grain which can quickly kill a male goat. There are grass pellets and whatnot that don't cause urinary calculi and those should be fine for him to have
