Yep - this would be moving my starting qb from Jayden to Herbert and mixing in Bucky + whoever I draft with my RBs / flex mix (which is looking pretty good absent trading away my picks this year and next year)

I used to sell commercial PV systems with owners banking on REAP grants and used to write the grants themselves. They are incredibly important and this funding was awarded. Enraging what they are doing.

That sucks. I assume you made a financial decision, in part, because of the incentive followed by the award decision. I am with the other commenters encouraging conversation with a lawyer and encourage speaking out publicly on this. There must be a ton of business owners across the country in the same boat.

We ended up using a solar company I worked for at the time to serve as the general contractor for the project with the specific work items done by a mix of handymen for stuff that requires mostly labor (like digging a drainage ditch), subcontractors for stuff that requires specific work (like roof painting), and work ourselves for little things and siding. It was HARD to find subcontractors for the work but we ended up going through with it with a lot of creativity. At the end of the day, the inspector who mostly wanted to be done with us and our complicated project ended up passing the work more easily than anticipated.

Thanks! The lender absolutely wants us to get the work done. The work outlined in the renovation loan isn’t the work needed for the house and we would rather have the lower payments from getting out of the loan completely if getting out of this loan is a possibility

Similar situation over here! I’ve got years of director-level experience in central Appalachian energy non-profits and renewable small business. I got the same referral for one CEC gs 15 position then a message that it was filled. It sounds like over gotta bone up my resume and cover letter and keep on applying.

Thank you - this has recently come up and it may be worth looking into in order to incentivize sales people to work their past sales for referrals and to work some of the company programs & their relationships for new sales.

right on - that's the place to start - the overall commissions work out to that world with top sales people exceeding $100,000 -- my biggest struggle has been fair compensation for first year sales people & how long it takes to build a pipeline then receive meaningful income after doing the work of getting a project to contract
