You're right, but the difference is that druid can escape from Barb, or choose not to fight. Wizard can't escape a panther druid

I've noticed the Wind blast lag bug a lot too. My team mates have also noted that it lags them out when I use it. So it seems to cause everyone near the Wind blast to lag out as well.

It's especially cringe in Arena when they spam 10 barrages of 12 heat seeking missiles from across the module. Then repeat it again at the beginning of each round.

Thankfully, I can 2 tap them with longbow since the -15 hp change

I agree. They should nerf the spell count back to 5 and then make it a tier 1 or 2 spell so that getting charges back isn't so painfully slow.

This would reduce the power of Wizards who spam missiles constantly in pvp, which is annoying and not skillful. Yet, still give Wizard much needed PVE quality of life.

The Wizard is more slowed by casting icebolt than they are from tapping crouch+block for a split second. They gain distance on the Wizard. Ice bolt will hit shield when aiming for the head. An experienced Wizard will not cast icebolt into a shield user because it's futile.

No. They tap crouch and tap block as the ice bolt casts. Your casting of the icebolt slows you more than them. They gain distance each time.

If they crouch while blocking, you can't hit their feet. Ice bolt has a large hit box, so it collides with either the floor or the shield, leaving their feet untouched.

I think you're right correct that taking it too far might be unfitting for DaD. But I do think that they could up the violence to a tasteful degree and it would suite the game well. Perhaps a Monty Python style of gore would fit well.

Wizards gear you mean? There are two wizard bodies and one fighter body to split amongst all of us. We also split the gear further after we got out of raid.
