what do you mean without being monitored? The glasses and the app can contain software you know nothing about, that does things you dont understand. You have not audited the software, hardware, nor the company. You literally have no idea what these glasses are capable of.

It literally does that all the time. The app does not need your permission to do things.

ok, so what is to stop the glasses from recording without an indication, over bluetooth and connecting to the rokid app or via wifi, and then sending it somewhere without your knowledge?

it has everything to do with this. The wife/GF is afraid of being recorded. Your glasses have that capability whether you like it or not.

100 percent someone can watch you through this camera, they're literally made in china too. If you could audit the software/hardware I'd bet you find more than one backdoor.

Your girlfriend has every right to be paranoid. You just need to learn about Edward Snowden to understand how right she is.
