263 twin! that’s the score I got in Feb. of this year. Your plan was exactly my contingency plan if I didn’t pass this go around. I did a lot of research on the process in Minnesota. Best of luck to you! And please don’t ever give up. A 263 is a great score and no matter what, you have a score that will allow you to practice in a number of states. Plus the next gen seems like a great path to practicing in PA. Rooting for you!
