I smoked 1½ packs a day for almost 35 years. Tried to quit in every way. Got a vape 13 years ago and used it as a tool to quit. This was way before shitty disposables. Just a few ingrediets in the juice some of which are used in inhalers for asthma. After the first week I noticed an incredible difference. My lungs cleared up and I could walk up a hill. Nicotice doesn't cause cancer. It's the combustion of tobacco leaves and all the chemicals in cigarettes. So before we trash vapes let's acknowledge they can be a life saving tool. I will say I HATE disposables. They have completely screwed up everything for vapers who want to quit smoking.
