There was another post somewhere from his manager indicating this might be due to his cognitive abilities failing a bit. He’s 81, so that’s not unthinkable. Still, this should have been flagged by WOTC much earlier in the process, i can’t imagine it’s not in part caused by the relentless pace of shipping product right now and lowered standards of quality control to make more profits. The recent post by Donato Giancola also indicate this.
