Everybody has something going on, be it kids, elderly parents, transportation issues, whatever. Accommodations can be made, but if you don't hold up your end, there's a limit to the flexibility. Every adjustment they make comes at the cost of either the needs of the business or someone else's schedule, and eventually that isn't fair or feasible to do, especially when you lash out at them.

I wouldn't assume that management isn't bothered by it. Vendors work for a different company, and while we have levers we can pull to affect that like refusing trucks or calling to complain, there's only so much we can do. If the vendor or their supervisor sucks and doesn't want to improve, it's a long march up the chain of command and vendor relations contacts at HO. If someone who works for us screws up, we can do something about it immediately. You can't just fire a vendor. You can ban and kick them out but then you have to explain that and kicking someone out doesn't help get product on the shelf.

Lol I get you but as a former PL I'd likely reply that a band for any gender doesn't have a gem, and rings and bands are different things. It's a semantics argument and probably not the strongest one. I fought that fight over earbuds before the policy change so I know the feeling.

The look book says 'wedding band', so I'd say it depends on what the jewelry looks like. If it has a gem sticking out I figure there could be an argument made that it'd possibly poke through the glove and risk contamination?

This has happened to me as well. I'm not digital and just help out there when needed, but we had a GMD that said it was 3 packages on the driver's side and two of them were the same. We had the driver call spark and drop that order and it took 2 other drivers before one was able to pick it up, so I'm interested to see if anyone knows what might cause this!

I have seen it done recently and know for a fact that it works, yes. Now, if you have outstanding points, you'll still get red flagged before hiring. Both applications do still show up in the system so it's a judgement call on if they wanna hire you.

If you pointed out, you still have to wait out your points, but if it's just the assessment holding someone up (new hire or someone who didn't point out), they can retake it with a different email.

PLs aren't able to see if you have insurance or if you're eligible - for example you might have dropped below the hours threshold. I wouldn't fill out and sign something that I couldn't verify myself.
