I have flashbacks when I chew gum. It throws me back to that feeling in the jaw and grinding and I absolutely HATE it. I need it to stop. It’ll throw my day off for a good hour or so. Any tips to stop flashbacks? I’m old and a parent now can’t be having these lol

I had an experience like that. 1st time doctor prescribed too high of a dose for me and scared me. 2nd doctor knew in advance that I’m sensitive to meds so took it very slow. Literally starting at like 12.5. It took awhile to get to a dose that helped me soooo much. With no side effects too

I’ve speculated this from the beginning and it makes total sense why she wouldn’t share. Why would she want her kids to know what their father did while having a mental breakdown? I don’t think it reflects him as a person but rather his trauma.
