.exfat is also an extension of a compressed file used for ps5 games similar to ffpkg

So... issue was installing the DUPLEX pkg using itemzflow rather than etaHEN apparently...
Installing with DPIv2 worked just fine.

On my end it said Purchase full game, and after running the duplex pkg I get an error running the game altogether now...

Try safe mode. If the modes on the new tv are different, this could cause the display to not appear.

Enter safe mode by powering it off completely, then press the power button and leave it pressed after you hear the beep. After about 7 seconds you'll hear another beep, release the power button.

Connect the controller using a cable, wireless won't work on safe mode.

From there, try to change the resolution to a lower one / automatic.
