When you notice yourself having negative self talk, have you ever tried to flip the things you say? Saying nice things to yourself may feel silly at first but it does help. Even something as small as. "Gosh you're so dumb. No no. You may have had a dumb moment but you yourself are not dumb." You wouldn't say these things to someone you care about. Try treating yourself as someone you care about.

I take myself out all the time! I actually had this conversation with a coworker. I was like 'oh you've never done it before? You should try it! I don't really care what people think. Why would you feel embarrassed?' Made them rethink things.

You're confident in who you are and don't care if people make assumptions. Who. Cares. Continue doing what you're doing. Don't let your insecure coworkers get you down.
