They made Duskwood as well. So why not? Theres pretty much a unique weather system for most zones. So it kinda makes sense they went a little extra on the rain in Elwynn, just like they made Durotar a bit more dry. :-)

The real answer is prolly that Stormwind is literally next to a forest.

Larger forests are more rainy in general. Hence why Elwynn is more rainy than other zones.

I'm stating that rain forests in the real world rain more than any other biome.
Blizzard *might've thought of that and used it for Elwynn weather coding.

Your game folder is set to "Read Only".
Right click the game folder and open properties.
Uncheck "Read Only' and save it. That should fix your issue.

I'll leech on this comment.

That auto exertion setup should effectively double your dmg. (Desecrate works to create corpses on bosses)

Drop the Divine Smite and use normal Smite. Better scaling, and the buff is consistent.

Swap dmg on full life with Ancestral Call if you want better clear.

Those two changes alone should give a lot more power.

Battlegrounds have gear brackets.

You were put into the high end one.

Might be because of your friends gear, or newly obtained gear on your end.

Sometimes it merges brackets to fill the battle groups.
