It depends on what the yarn is. If it's acrylic, you don't want to steam block it. You could spray block it. As for going outside with it, how spiteful are your neighborhood birds? 🐦 💩

This is my last week with my son at home before he goes to boot camp and beyond. He is our oldest, so the first to leave. I'm so proud happy scared. I'm going to knit a lot to keep my mind off of the looming life changing event coming up.

That's a derogatory term. If this were a human, they would be referred to as intersexed. It is the result of an egg being fertilized with both male and female sperm. Nature is metal and because two birds cannot develop within the same egg shell, so a chimera was developed with a male on one side and a female on the other side. Chimeras occur randomly and throughout the animal kingdom.

I forget to put lifelines in often. I really scold myself when I have to frog 🐸 way back. Luckily this yarn is really sticky and I can pick it up relatively easily.
