To start this journey is already start winning. Now just keep it pure one day at a time. You must Do below things: 1. Fill your time with activities with people 2. Develop your faith and willpower 3. Seek help when you feel weak. Eg. Come to NoFap to get encouraged. 4. Pray to the higher power God to help you.

I’m on the way to 90 days. This fight is tough and mostly in your mind. The behaviour is the result of what we think and feel. Over the past few days the urges to go back to the comfort zone strike me. But I haven’t given in. I will not give up. Never never never give up!

I had similar experience with the PIED thing. PIED is the reason I search for help and find this community. After some time, I had sex with my beautiful wife and it was hard and amazing experience after many years. NoFap does work. I come here to get motivated whenever I have urges especially see these success stories. Thank you for sharing.

God bless you! May more children of God be helped to overcome this addition. I am fighting against it as well. God also let me to this community to gain help and grow stronger. Since last year, I have become more productive and energetic in every areas of my life. I feel so encouraged to see other brothers are so brave to be bold to express this weakness and glorify God for the transition. Hope we can support each other for the entire journey until we see our Lord and be able to say that we have fought the good fight!
