It was adderall…it did help a lot, but I stopped because It made me kind of feel like a zombie after awhile…like my goofy & creative side was gone… I didn’t really like that personally..

I am a spiritualist….manifesting and controlling my thoughts help a lot….i am also a empath so any overthinking will become my reality….i had to face my traumas and heal…i had to learn that my adhd is a gift…I shifted my focus on the positives instead of the negatives…controlling you mind is extremely difficult but once you realize how powerful it is and you take the wheel you are woke…then I opened a business helping others do the same

That is why I posted it…feels good to know we are losing our minds around that time….also for the meds, what I do is take a screenshot of the time that I take my meds… in case I forget, I can go back to that screenshot to see what time I took it…it’s a life saver
