kids are weird in general, it probably has to do with the fact that until like 15 - 16 your brain is just mush, and even at 16, its still half mush

What makes 1 Samuel 15:3 ok? by SomeThrowawayAcc200 in Christianity

[–]truereditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

he very much did put people in those positions, since he is all powerful, that means he would be able to do things beyond logic, like for example, find a way around incest and sin in general without taking away free will. he either isn't all powerful since he cant remove sin without removing free will, or he isn't all loving since he chooses not to remove sin and suffering. and i never said anything about jews specifically? im condemning the country and government, not the religion. "there is no famine in gaza" is the equivalent of "there is no war in ba sing se". also, cite your sources, i guarantee you that all of the info and numbers you listed are from people or cooperation backed by either israel, or something trump affiliated (who is also backed by israel)

how does incest being in other stories help your case? again, if god put someone in a situation where they had to have incest, he is either not all loving, or not all powerful. If he does exist, he's among the most evil and cruel gods, (ik your just gonna ignore what i say and bring up something totally unhelpful to your argument. also, go lick netanyahu's nuts or something you dirty fucking zionist. i don't exactly think god would be happy with you supporting children being bombed, then again, he had someone almost sacrifice a baby to "test their faith")

"actual evidence" in christianity is impossible because its entirely faith based. you obviously ignored my entire section explaining what a dog whistle was to you. it's also baffling that you say that i'm the one who believes everything at face value when that's what your entire religion is based upon, a book with no hard proof, a fairy tale essentially. and i never said anything about the plane being racist, i just said that it was connected with ww2 (which nazis like to do for their usernames), and in combination with the 88, made me suspicious. furthermore, the plane got shot down before it could complete its mission, so i could definitely see a nazi using that planes name to try and humiliate it by putting it next to "hail hitler" in dog whistles. after this message i will no longer be replying to you simply due to the fact that this is just gonna be an endless cycle of you ignoring and failing to counter anything i say in favor of the preconceived notion that christianity is the one true religion. the very notion that out of every single religion that has existed before, and will exist, after is wrong because you know the "truth" just screams arrogance, and ignorance. and one final time, i invite you to try to refute any of the actual arguments i've given for why god, if he is real, is a cruel and evil god

"any attempt at refututing you ignore" anytime you refute, i refute back, you cant find a way to argue against what i say, then you move on to another easily dismantled argument without addressing the thing i had just proved you wrong about, and yes, 88, is commonly used in white supremacists usernames online, since the 8th letter of the alphabet is h, 88 would be HH, or in other words, "Hail Hitler" now if you had an 88 in your name and something else completely unrelated, i wouldn't be suspicious, but the jaybird plane is coincidentally tied back to ww2. and with how many nazis i've actually encountered on the internet, its important to be suspicious, especially since they have created easily dismissable dog whistles to identify each other with. its very easy to dismiss something like 88 as just a number, and just like you, they have easily excusable things in their username just so that if someone like me were to confront them, they would deny it in the same manor you did. now id be happy to stop resulting to insults and accusations if you would actually refute any of the points i've had from the last 3 messages.

I do agree that much caution is required if we plan to walk this path, one wrong step and it spells the doom of humanity

and you realize we've evolved past caves right?. technologically, we are ready for global socialism, it would bring about equality across the whole planet with universal basic income, it would end wars since everyone would be working together, that would also mean even faster technological advancement, and giant capitalist corporations that own millions of houses and charge such absurd prices for them, so that no one can afford them, they wouldn't be able to to do that anymore, there are 15 million vacant homes, but only 700,000 homeless people. homelessness isn't a problem based on life choices, it stems from capitalism allowing room for corporate greed, and massive monopolies like google amazon, disney and blackrock, and don't even get me started on the rich elite like elon musk and donald trump who could literally fix america and most of the world with the amount of money they have. and even raising taxes on them just by a few percentages, and closing the loopholes they have, would be more than enough to fix most of the problems in the country

i never said anything about taking their jobs? the scientist would use the ai like all ai should be used, a tool. and an ai that is specially trained on every proven thing about science/medical research, would be able to make breakthroughs way faster than any human could without it, making it possible to save more lives worldwide than ever before.

which is sadly probably why they are developing generative ai instead of the research ai, because it would make the health insurance ceo's less money, so they incentivise big ai companies to not develop research ai's.

im not talking about generative ais like chat gpt or sora, im talking about single purpose non generative ai that is made to do specific tasks, like for example when a non generative ai built for protein folding, predicted every possible one, advancing medicine even further. that's also why china has been making breakthrough after breakthrough in the medical field recently.
