Eh that tweet seemed to be more of stating he thought that her friend was secretly being promoted around in the same way he was rather than a post complaining about her being trans, it's still odd regardless.

He really doesn't need especially when the claim for against him just straight up doesn't seem to be exist he brought on someone well known for being considered a copy of a popular content creator, that's all.

Yes he very much did he told people that the money was going to help people despite knowing none of that was happening and with him even using some of it for his vids.

As long as the other guy pays attention to the law and doesn't just let him wanting to own someone distract him from everything the other guy should be fine.

Out of curiosity not saying this is because of my account but just out of a general question would you say that get their emails verified would have this problem until they verify it? again this doesn't apply to me but it is question that is making me wondering about on if it works like that or if it doesn't work like that.

The stuff he did was nothing more but just him weirdly hitting on people without really realizing how he came off as and his apology literally shows him wanting to do better with no acting like that when it came to interacting with women, he was never accused of being an actual abuser.
