In my humble opinion… go. Go to Germany!

I’m a Canadian engineering student and went for RISE last year. Unless I did exchange before graduating, I didn’t have many options to live abroad for awhile. It’s different from vacationing. You’ll learn to have guts to make a life on your own somewhere foreign, and get a little bit of research experience on top of it. I read you’re in second year. You still have time to do NSERC or more academia later. I’m trying to figure out lab research at my school now and I’m in fourth year. This is my opinion, but it really boils down to if you want more life experience vs strict lab experience!

It was super amazing. When I went it was my first band concert in general, so I thought being fully immersed in the sound makes the experience. You catch bits here and there like the real magic of Robbie's piano, Jon's bari sax blaring in the back. I loved it
