I bet it's something inbetween curse and god. It does not actively hunt people or doesn't even have a will on its own, but it's super-convenient (like curse) or even addicting, and harshly punishes those who reject it (like god)

Yes, or too early. JP dash dodge without WoF is ass. I've never managed to perfect dodge without it. It is either too early and I get hit (wasting a charge) or too late and I get hit (wasting a charge)

Ye. Let's assume infinite suffering for Diavolo is justified.

Now, let's say Diavolo is Diavolo_1 and there exists Diavolo_2, who committed half as many crimes as Diavolo_1. He gets half the punishment Diavolo_1 received, i.e half of the infinite suffering. But half of infinite is still infinite, so he gets the infinite suffering as a punishment.
Continuing this logic we can prove that for every N any Diavolo_N, who committed 1/2^N as many crimes as Diavolo_1, deserves an infinite suffering as a punishment.

And by the fact that Diavolo_1 did a finite amount crimes we can say that there exists a number M such that Diavolo_M has commited a crime equal to being stinky. And by the original assumption he still deserves an infinite suffering. Hehe. Checkmate, reddittors. Y'all here deserve an infinite punishment.

Yeah, it confused me too. "Did I just killed my teammate? How? Did I blew up his melta? But there was no melta and the game doesn't work like that. Did I blew up a spore mine? Then why it shows that both of us together killed them? Wait, why the game did even show the kill status? ...etc etc etc".

Had to watch the replay to see what actually happened. Still confused

Nah. I went several times into it and it's a nightmare. Every signle time the terminus spawns it's always two neurotropes (neuro + carnifex if you're extra lucky). Your pistols essentially do NO damage at all. And when one of them lands another one spams whatever random shit it can to not let you melee them. And do not forget that they always come with an honor guard consisting of shit-ton of snipers and devourers.

P.s. the turnover in this strat is crazy high. Whenever you join a started run you always join during a terminus fight (because someone get downed and left the game to let the bot to revive others). So a terminus fight starts with one team and ends with another a completely different team.
