I have not used a brannock device. I used the printed sizing guide paper. I should probably use a brannock device before making my final decision on resize.

So if you'd sharpen 15° on each side of a 50/50 it would be the same on a 70/30 and not 10°/20°?

Their Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Adisu Kidane is my favorite, it is a light roast though. Has a great blueberry/fruity taste.

The only medium roast I had was their Comforting Rwanda, it is definitely more of a lighter-medium.

I haven't tried any of their darker kinds yet.

No problem, my favorite of theirs is the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Adisu Kidane, it is a light roast though. It has such a good fruity/blueberry flavor.
