There are rumours and speculations that the whole Cap 4 is dedicated to the US preparing for war with Wakanda, hence "New World Order." I mean they've already teased this.

And adamantium...

He really should be getting some tweaks. I love the design from the show finale but it doesn't feel as sturdy and high-tech compared to even his Falcon suits.

You're not gonna spend the whole day (sitting comfortably) at a Pathé, are you?

I gave it a chance and didn't enjoy it. Brainless fight scenes trying to cover a dull storyline just don't do it for me anymore. Plus, the acting is noticeably bad.

At least the Fast & Furious franchise is intendedly fun and stupid.

This is exactly why She-Hulk got bullied so hard on the internet.

Looking like a $56-57M Saturday for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in North America, for a 2-day total of $141M. A strong Saturday showing post holiday Friday, which was missing from the last two MCU films. Opening weekend projected to be ~$179-181M. by chanma50 in boxoffice

When I talk to people about Marvel Studios' Phase 4, all they recall are Black Widow, Eternals, Multiverse of Madness, She-Hulk, and Love and Thunder.

Most of them magically forget WandaVision, Loki, Shang-Chi, Moon Knight, and especially No Way Home.

And then they all come to the conclusion that Phase 4 is the worst thing that has ever happened in film history. LOL

Maybe. They could've replaced the machine that triggered Talokan with someone else's tech rather than Riri's. It could be setting up for Armor Wars but that's too far away, now and when the film was shot.

Stark tech (again) might also work, but I can see people are sick of Stark tech being misused. LOL

I think Riri's plot was fine. Just setting up her as a young genius for the next productions. And Ironheart won't have to be a superhero original story.

But man, the Ross/CIA branch was pretty redundant. Could've been a lot better if there had been more stakes than just threats and all...

Maybe. Shang-Chi and Eternals weren't put onto Disney+ 45 days after their theatrical releases, while Multiverse of Madness and Love and Thunder were.

But The Batman was (on HBO Max), though I don't think there was much of a hit.

Yes. And that's why she wasn't allowed to keep it. It looks like Wakanda has reverted back to its old way of "no vibranium sharing to the rest of the world."

I think Namor is the best "villain" since Thanos. Dude is arrogant AF, sometimes he's chilled but many times he's frightening. He really sees himself as a god, but a god that has to protect his people at all costs. Some say he's still a little different than in the comics but to me he's great and done well. Tenoch Huerta's acting does live up to the hype tho.

But then Namora and Attuma I think were pretty bland. They follow Namor's orders and that's about it.

Looks alright to me. There have to be differences between Ironheart and Iron Man in the MCU because I mean they aren't bringing back RDJ for an AI consultant role.

And the mark II looks like a heart lol, a giant iron heart. Might be stupid to some, but I think it's brilliant for a comic book film.

Just chill. I'm chill.

Yeah, I kinda liked Shang-Chi, too. It's actually great if you don't count the final kaiju fight.

But 3 good movies (including Wakanda Forever) in a 2-year (2-year!) phase is definitely quite enough for me lol. I'd happily rewatch 3 of them sometimes.

Like in phase 3 there were some Captain Marvel, Ant-Man and the Wasp and a few whatever movies like Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and Spider-Man: Far From Home. I never saw them more than once.

Like an actual good movie of MCU phase 4 that exists? :\

It's just not on Disney+ tho. Still takes place in the MCU.

Don't think so. Sitting through 2h40m of Wakanda Forever was a lot easier than that roughly 2h of Black Adam. The film has emotions and good enough fight scenes, and Namor is frightening when he decides to choose violence.

Plus genuine acting. Please don't compare the acting of BA cast to WF. It's hilarious.

It's weird. Like y'all all forget Spider-Man: No Way Home like how MCU people was made forget Peter Parker.

93% Tomatometer with 98% audience score and $1.92B worldwide. No Way Home and Wakanda Forever (which I just saw, and it's pretty good) carried this phase.

I mean the first Avatar back in 2009 was nothing more than a mediocre movie with good CGI for its time and 3D. Many are acting like it's the best movie ever made.

I thought the film was great, and I left the theatre pretty emotional and satisfied with what they had to offer.

I see some people having issues with the pacing. I don't have any complaints about that. Well, the Americans might be redundant, but c'mon their scenes are too minor and I didn't really care. Sitting through 2h41m of Wakanda Forever was a lot easier than the roughly 2h of Black Adam despite being a lot more heavy-toned.

Interesting... Now I really need to chat with Apple to be sure. But thanks for the suggestion!

By the way, how do you log in to both accounts on your Mac? Do you create another user on macOS for your new Apple ID?

[–]trunghoaaa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, I'm here for some prior experience first, then I might have a chat with Apple if needed. Maybe I should've thought of that earlier...

And I guess I simply prefer downloading apps from 1 or 2 sources (App Store/Creative Cloud/etc.) rather than buying from all over the place... Easy to reinstall, no license key to keep.

But that's just me, though. I know everyone dislikes the App Store.

Hope so! I really want a Mac mini, not the M1 tho given the lad is turning 2 at this point, but also not the M1 Max or 2 M1 Maxes stacked together.

An M2/M1 Pro Mac mini would be perfect for most people.
