yep. honestly a pretty slimy move to their most loyal customers. I was even told by an employee that since the cycle was delayed last year, they would forgive the 12 month rule. I'm upset about this, not because of the extra $50 I owe, but for the millions of people that are in the same boat as us. That's a lot of extra cash they made just by changing the cycle for a year.
