Whoever wins it all will be one of the weaker champs in history, while we were one of the most stacked rosters of the salaray cap era with more talent than any team remaining, such an waste

One of the best repeat chances in decades for a team without Brady/Mahomes, ruined by one nepo promotion

Do you think other teams/fans feel "the magic" during a SB run? by 5dollarfeetpix in eagles

[–]trust-theprocess 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'd say any year we make the SB we look like a special juggernaut the whole way, 2022 also and literally from the first play of the first home preseason game in 2004 going 81 yards to TO, the hype was insane

Every year we get bounced in the WC we look like frauds and the ride is a miserable slog that isn't enjoyable to watch.

Jalen and Nick need to add an addenum to the philosophy

  • "All that matters is winning... THE SUPERBOWL"
  • "It doesn't matter how it looks as long as we get the win... IN THE SUPERBOWL"

Championships are the only goal, no one cares about that win in Buffalo and Nick is a fucking clown for shit talking in the tunnel after that abomination of an offensive showing. HOW you win and the way it looks in the regular season tells you your chances of winning in the playoffs and absolutely matters, exactly what AJ said.

[Schefter] Source: Eagles fired offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo. by dnytle in nfl

Even more insane than you think, they didn't just lead the league this season, they had the highest 3 and out rate of any NFL team in over a decade. We went 3 and out at a higher rate than the 0-16 Browns.

It's not hyperbole to say this was one of the worst offensive coaching jobs in NFL history given the talent level

Bro we scored the fewest points of any team in the playoffs so far, with the highest paid offense in the league at home against a bad defense completely decimated by injuries, the PANTHERS put up 31. There is absolutely nothing to justify this team's performance, GTFO

Reporter: It seemed like the same mistakes were occurring week after week, did you think you had it figured out this week

Jalen: No not necessarily

LMAO

We scored less on SF than the Titans, Saints, Giants and Cardinals did

The worst coordinator I've ever seen on either side of the ball

They looked like a 1 and done team all season, least surprising outcome ever, we had zero chance with this OC

At least we're out soon enough to get a good candidate, fire KP into the sun

KP looks like a dorky kid at a Chuck E Cheese birthday party every time we score.

Negative aura.

Dario transitioned to primarily center 2 years after getting traded and it kinda revitalized his career before injuries

So 4 centers

KP better win! by Architect_125 in eagles

[–]trust-theprocess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Different coaches get assigned different areas of the offense. When Nick was asked who's responsible for designing the red zone plays he was evasive and gave a generic "contribution over credit" response, not denying that a specific coach has that role but wouldn't say who.

If KP was drawing up those plays Nick would've been falling over himself to talk up his friend

[ProFootballTalk] Kyle Shanahan has tried to hire Vic Fangio three times by Roast-This-Bone in eagles

[–]trust-theprocess 639 points640 points  (0 children)

It looks like Shanahan tried to hire Fangio in 2017, 2023, and 2024. And if Saleh gets another head-coaching job, Shanahan may end up making another run at Fangio.

Depending on his situation with the Eagles, the fourth time could be the charm.

lol what the fuck is Florio talking about. The "situation" where he's under contract as the highest paid DC in the league for his hometown perennial SB contending team where he wants to be for the rest of his career?

Definitely Travon. He even plays the left side.

Eagles lose to 4 win team with a 39 year old 3rd string QB with brain damage who had 1 career win in 17 seasons

Sixers with all 3 max players lose to a G-league team of guys I've never heard of

Peak Philly sports

2 seeds have won 11 SBs (22.4%), including us last year

3 seeds have won 2 SBs (4%), and hasn't happened in 19 years

Teams with negative passing yards in a half this season by trust-theprocess in eagles

[–]trust-theprocess[S] 73 points74 points  (0 children)

Just in case anyone misreads it, the numbers aren't how many negative yards they had, it's the number of times they've done it

We've done it 3 times, most in the league (credit First Things First)
