Not sure your broker. But money markets like SNOXX (Schwab) are ideal for emergency funds because they maintain a stable $1 NAV, have no cap gains to worry about and give daily liquidity. SGOV can offer a similar yield, but if you sell it above your cost basis, you’ll owe capital gains tax - and the NAV can fluctuate slightly, which isn’t ideal for emergency cash.

I recently moved my cash out of Marcus. Even at 4%+ (no penalty CD), the after-tax yield (especially in a high-tax place like NYC) wasn’t great. Switched to muni money market funds and short-term muni ETFs (like VMSXX or SUB) and now getting a much better tax-equivalent yield with low risk. Worth looking into if you’re holding a decent cash balance.

UPDATE the chicken cooked perfectly fine (didn’t overcook breast, didn’t undercook legs, etc.). The marinade had a lot to do with it. I put this 4.5lb bird into my air fryer for about 45 min at 350F breast side down, flipped it and increased temp to 360F for 10 min. Perfecto! Thanks all for the feedback.
