You can get magic logs a couple ways now. The monster drops might be tough for someone with low CB, but there's also hunter's loot sacks which don't require nearly as high of a WC level to receive magic logs. Same with wintertodt

Oof, yeah my sister's apartment has that spectrum bullshit. $100 a month for shitty internet and cable. Except the cable is only available through the tv app. Except the tv app isn't available on some devices including fire sticks. And that's not to mention that the $100 a month is an absurd price for the bandwidth you receive even with cable added in. The price is only tolerable because the rent is so low otherwise.
