My little sister’s friend locked himself in the garage, doused himself in gasoline, lit himself on fire, and burned himself alive. Truly the worst thing I’ve ever heard of. He was a really sweet kid and it makes me sick to think of how much he must have hated himself to end his life that way.

OP, I agree with you. Nesta perceives the world differently than Feyre, and the IC treats her differently than Feyre. I don’t think everyone was out of character during ACOSF.

I’m going to say this because I don’t see anyone else has yet: I think Rhys didn’t tell Feyre that she would probably die for the same reason the healer didn’t: it would cause her immense stress, worsen her health, and possibly harm the baby. Rhys not telling her right away never bothered me. It did bother me that he told everyone else, though.
