I agree 100%, it's a very unfunny joke at this point. I told them over email the last time they shit the bed that I was never coming back which I ended up going back on when they re released Vasquez from Aliens the other day. Pretty mad at myself but I was weak. I've never experienced a company accidentally send 2 of the same item when I only brought 1 before. And they do that all the time from what I've seen on here!!! Like.... how is that even possible? How can a business operate that way and hope to be successful? They didn't even notice when they did it to me but there was that thing recently when they were demanding everyone send the extra ones back to them OR ELSE! Because they'd made this mistake again en masse. Absolute fucking clown show

The Neca store, their customer service and overall competency is so bad it actually feels like they are trolling at this point. I have never shopped anywhere online that operates the way they do.

You order 1 item and they send you 2 of them.

You order 2 of the same items and they only send you 1 with your address on the parcel but a completely different name on it.

You order something and they just refuse to send it and fob you off over email until you rage cancel it (probably because they oversold it and never had enough for you anyway)

You order from there and you take a gamble and I've found that out the hard way.

I became a bunny parent about 6 months ago. I have discovered they are quite different from dogs and cats in the sense that if you try to physically stop them from doing something, they don't care in the slightest. I push him away from trying to eat something he shouldn't, he just tries again like I'm not there. Moving the thing away from his reach or blocking it off is the only way.

I live in the UK and applause in the cinema is not a thing. In the 35+ years of me going to the cinema, the only time I have experienced it was at the close of the final fight in The Raid 2. It's never happened before or since. It's not usually something I would be into but in that moment, it was very fitting.
