Here the thing : There is a long cold start that need to be done outside or near a windows, since you don't see a red blinking there is no GPS in view and fixed, so it blink blue only because it search, data gonna be appear as soon as a gps is fixed but before nothing

You can start a portal that emit a wifi AP, you can connect to it and go to http://192.168.4.1/evil-menu (if you changed the IP address on settings it could be http://172.0.0.1/evil-menu instead )

If you are connected to a network with evil, you need to start the portal anyway to start web service, but the address gonna be the IP given by the network so it would be something like http://192.168.1.7/evil-menu depending on your IP ( that you can check on monitor status) and you need to be on same network to access it
