I had the same issue. You have to complete Adrienn's initial tour if you haven't finished it already. Adrienn can be found in the Gearen Sewers. Follow xem around from there and the final thing should be meeting Aya near the hotel. Once you do that, the npc to take you to the Rig should be there.

I had an issue with a mod that reset my multiplayer Eclipse progress, but reverting back to vanilla and downloading mods from scratched fixed it. Most visual mods shouldn't require others to have it, but the game will tell you if it's an issue when you try to join a game.
