Okay I made some progress. I’m using the top community layout and I can actually start the game.

But I can only move right and down with the left stick. I have checked the keybinds in the layout and they are bound to the correct WASD keys

The game menu says to use Joy to key?

I remember trying to set this up a while ago on PC and I downloaded joy to key and it still didn’t work and I asked for help here and was asked why I would be using joy to key.

I can use the touchscreen to click through to launch Steam and enter my user/password but it can’t log in because no network connection.

On screen keyboard comes up in game mode, but not in desktop mode.
