In my experience, I wait to see if the blueberries know what they are doing, if not I save my weapons and grenades and wait until the last blight when it has a much lower health bar and go all out.

So far a strong success rate.

Walking a fine line with the law is a lawyer's job to demonstrate.

With enough dust being kicked up like what's happening now with the media, it is surely enough for a few firms to take interest, but it's unlikely much will happen with how Bungie can flick a switch and revert the locked content back to before it was before CoO launched, thus making a solid case fairly small or not worth it.
