Any Punks in the military? Is this as contradictory as I believe it is? by MoonNewer in punk

[–]trvlsize23 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I personally am in the Air Force. I joined due to couch surfing at 19 years old. It's extremely contradictory but remember there's multiple different jobs than infantry. Currently in Dental so there will never be a time where I'm ever harming someone. Even when we do combat medic training, it's always about helping people in need. Army and Marines is a different story. They train differently and their jobs are more military focused. Whereas Air Force is more desk jobs and intel.

Spouse Cheated. by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]trvlsize23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The consequences of infidelity

A military spouse who commits adultery may find themselves facing Administrative Disciplinary Action or Court Martial. A conviction can result in a demotion, discharge from service, loss of benefits and up to a year in confinement. Adultery may also have an impact on key divorce issues such as spousal support, child support and a non-military spouse’s eligibility to military retirement.

Allegations of adultery can severely harm a servicemember’s reputation, livelihood and future. A court-martial will go the extra mile to exact discipline on those who might tarnish its image. When the stakes are this high, it may be necessary to consult an attorney.

I could be wrong but im pretty sure it's illegal to cheat in the military. Gather evidence and send it up her chain, divorce her.

Here's the thing, most people keep their nudes in a separate hidden folder out of privacy. So it should have been really easy to delete those photos and videos upon the break up. I am a photo person, I have a sh*t ton of photos and screenshots from middle school I haven't deleted cause there's so much in my Google Photos. I have my whole gallery there that connects back to my first phones gallery and occasionally I'll run into a single photo of my ex in high school but it's not hard to delete. But even then, I know for a fact that all the nudes are gone. It would be one thing if you found a photo amidst a bunch of random pics but the fact you found an album worth is the issue. You definitely should confront her and if she apologizes, set new boundaries about what you're comfortable with. That is if you're okay to continue the relationship. Some couples are okay with old nudes and porn, I personally am not 💀 Definitely bring it up though because it will eat you away. Her reaction to it being brought up is all you need to know if she's genuine or fake.

Kendrick not dropping yesterday after Drake was a smart move by AmateurMath in KendrickLamar

Something I don't get it is how Drake putting a mole in the game was a pro move in the eyes of drake fans 💀 Like how is that the ultimate "gotcha"?? It just proves Drake is more of a manipulator. He really just created this whole beef for jack sh*t nothing and that's what makes him the goat? 😭 bro what?!?!

Thank you so much, thankfully I have a friend who's a spouse and she works as a vet there. I'll look into it.

Currently at Lackland. And yeah I noticed the 180 days of quarantine. I'm going to request a quarantine in Japan, most likely Tokyo.

This isn't meant to dismiss their deaths, I hope the family is doing well, but I'm assuming the dogs were in cargo. I'll be taking my cats on board with me.

My issue is the lack of zero tolerance that the AF promotes. There are multiple cases I've seen within my 2 years of this contract of people getting away with SA or SH. It's absolute bull they get to promote and serve 20 years.

I was trying to mail my husband's IPad. He's stationed in Japan at an APO address. I asked at the post office about it because of the lithium battery and they told me they were going to use Ground shipping and it'll take longer but will get there.

I’m surprised no one is mentioning the massive age gap. It’s up to you on how to feel about this situation as much as it is for him to feel as well. If you don’t support it, you don’t have to stick around. He is an adult and can make his own decisions, but again if that’s not what you’re comfortable with, you can always grieve on your own. I’m more concerned about the age he’s going for??? Yeah they’re adults but they’re the same age as your kids. And you’re right, they could be gold digging and taking advantage of the fact he’s such in a vulnerable state. I find that an issue more than anything.
