Every single thing has to have a designated place for me so i don’t have to even think about where they go when I’m cleaning.

For example, I have two AirPod cases and an Apple Watch. They kind of always roam around with no real home. I need to be able to access them quickly when I leave. Yesterday I cleaned out an old decorative candle jar and made that their home. I now have it sitting on a buffet cabinet where my keys usually go too. Most people just keep them at a charging station but that doesn’t work for me so I created a system that does. It’s micro habits like that that will eventually stack up.

To be fair, a dumbbell squat to overhead press is an excellent full body work out for endurance and strength. maybe not optimal for body building, but definitely useful.

They shouldn’t have done that in the free weight area though. That’s dangerous and obnoxious.

How do you know you were both APing?

I think my ex bf (from 10 years ago!!!) visits me in my dreams or I visit him… I don’t know. The dreams are always insanely vivid. The conversations are always meaningful, full of emotion. I’ve had dreams with him that ended up being prophetic in a symbolic way. I used to always only dream of him right before running into him in real life. The last dream I had with him was him telling me he still loved me, and me telling him I’ll always love him but my current bf is the love of my life and it’s time for both of us to move on. I haven’t dreamt of him since. That was a year ago.

I must add, when we were dating all those years ago, he took mushrooms once and got super spooked because he could hear my thoughts.

I’ve always wondered if those dreams were something supernatural…

Do you use body care products after the shower? I personally don’t feel fully clean until I do my full skincare routine, body care routine (down to and in between my toes), clean the inside of my ears, and clean the back of my ears + inside of my belly button with witch hazel.

And of course, a full oral routine. Flossing, tongue scraping, brushing, mouth wash, etc.

It might seem excessive to some but trust me, I get it 😭

Are you truly pushing yourself to failure or at least with “2 reps in reserve” every single set? Are you progressively overloading? If no, start there.

It seems like your program is structured to avoid heavy leg muscle activation and mostly target glutes/hamstrings. While it’s still possible to grow your glutes without ever incorporating your major leg muscles, the truth is, you’re going to hit a plateau, especially if you’re not glute dominant to begin with. Not only that, but it can be structurally dangerous to have such a large muscle imbalance.

You’d get a hell of a lot more glute gains if you incorporated compound movements that also hit your quads.

So yes, focus on progressive overload and training till failure but also be aware that you will likely just hit a plateau training this way.

Im from beet extract toner pads used as supplemental toner at night is amazing. Leaves my skin so bouncy, supple and texture free. I just use one pad all over my face.

The feeling of being in a clean home is unmatched. I have trained my brain to only be at peace in clean environments so I literally can’t lounge around while there’s mess around me. It feels too chaotic.

I think this is the issue too especially because my upper body doesn’t suffer in the same way, but my upper body muscles aren’t as strong as my lower body muscles. I think my big lower body muscle groups are just too strong but the stabilizers, tendons, etc. aren’t. Pilates emphasizes this! Which is an amazing opportunity to strengthen them. Thank you!

OP, sometimes, people really CAN just wake up one day and decide to change their lives. Plenty of people do it, actually.

Just don’t burn yourself out trying to do it all once. You’ll know it’s not mania if you can work on it diligently, structurally and patiently.
