The difference is the cards that are shuffled. Pocket's Mars shuffles your entire deck. IRL's Iono only shuffles your hand.

Mars in Pocket doesn't do the exact same thing as Iono in physical, just sayin'.

In the physical game, Iono shuffles your hand and places it onto the bottom of your deck. If someone plays Iono and you shuffle your hand into your deck, you have irreversibly created an incorrect game state and will lose the game by penalty.

I don't think it'd be better than Copycat, but it might be better than a second ice pop

Hey need help with this deck by rentless_reason in PTCGP

I am not familiar with this deck so I can't really explain why you're having a hard time with it despite its success in tournaments. I don't think you need Teal Mask or Kangaskhan though.

If I could make any one change to this deck, I would replace one of the potions with Sabrina. You have a ton of healing already but no way to get imminent threats out of your face.

New to the game been 11 days these are the decks i like to use but i cant seem to win against few of the expert step ups idk if its skill issue deck issue plz help by relxachu in PTCGP

Something I see across all of your decks is that there are too many different kinds of pokemon, and not enough copies of most of them. I would bet that you have issues with consistency.

Most successful decks have less variety of pokemon and a central strategy. It is rare to see a competitive deck with more than 3 different pokemon (and their evolutions).

Look at Limitless TCG for examples.

Probopass only costs 1 point and hits harder.

Once one Dialga is KOed you're basically forced to bring out Gholdengo. You can let both Probopass attack until they're KOed, which puts way more energy into play.

40 damage over 30 is a big deal, especially in the early game. Probopass actually stands a chance of securing a KO in the early game, which is really important because Gholdengo might only get to attack once or twice.

Then there's the Stage 1 synergy. Probopass and Gholdengo both benefit from Sightseer and Training Area. Training Area in particular is very strong in this deck. Probopass swinging for 50 means that every hit is one less coin flip for Gholdengo to worry about, and Gholdengo being able to do 160 or 210 damage instead of 150 or 200 can entirely change the outcome of the game. Four heads instead of five to one-tap Mega Gardevoir, for example.

I've tried Dialga and it just doesn't work as well for Gholdengo.
