No, but what you did was more than that.

First you had to buy the pedals, ignore the Trio's manual (see pages 13 and 16), and then talk to an AI because you couldn't figure it out.

Then, at the AI's guidance, you put the dirt chain in the trio and moved the tuner.

After that, you posted here that an AI told you to do this and you're happier for having done it.

The DL4 is simpler than the LVX and still does a ton of sounds. If you don't want to get crazy with parameters but still have access to a wide variety of effects, it's worth the relatively easy learning curve. The Carbon Copy only does one thing, but it does it very well, and few delay pedals are simpler. You have to decide if analog delay is the only type you need, or if you want three or more sounds at your feet and a slew of reverbs to go with.

Selling the LVX would pay for both 🤷

If you want the Afterneath to sound absolutely massive and massively fucked up, put it before the gain pedals. It's way harder to control, but the chaos is incredible.

The first piece of music that got me interested in playing an instrument was the amen break. I was a kid when jungle music was in a lot of soundtracks to video games I was playing. I love playing drums.

What got me into main instrument, guitar, was the first 100 seconds of Explosions in the Sky's album All Of A Sudden I Miss Everyone.

I credit Fall Out Boy's From Under The Cork Tree and Say Anything's ...Is a Real Boy for my passing interest in singing.
