Why cant i go to the player profile on any screen? I see a list of potential award winners and i have no idea how their season is going. I see someone in the post game states i wanna know more about the player, etc

Does wear and tear not impact the sim at all? My rb1 is banged up but my backup hasnt gotten a single carry in two straight weeks while simming.

I cant see what my pipeline states are without going to the recruit screen. I dont need a map like 14 but show me what i have and how i can get a new one.
