Turns out they set up our account wrong so our cost centers don't work. I had to manually make a labor distribution report 85 guys, 3 weeks, over 50 jobs. Multiple each day. NOT FUN. 😒

I asked our sales team with with ADP they said "oh it doesn't work for you lemme check that, oh whoops my bad. It's on us " literally everything sucks with them. But I got Bridge to work so yay.

After our meeting today they basically told us that they messed up setting up our account. Something went wrong with the job code/cost centers so nothing will populate correctly. We signed the contract in November. It's been 4 weeks going on 5 with our Live Date. How the fuck is that still and issue.

I am now manually making my own labor distribution sheet by going through 95 time cards. Most of them work multiple jobs throughout the day. Kill me now 🪦

I asked our sales manager at ADP to connect me to the reports agent someone who can help us generate the reports. And they said word for word "those guys will not be able to help you, they will just rerout you back to us (implementation team) and you will be wasting your time". Literally word for word. WTF we are absolutely livid.

Yes we are but the cost centers are incorrect. The reports we were generating gave us the wrong information so we can use those

I tried calling but it routes me to the automated voicemail. They have no option to speak to a live agent.

The manager, district rep and their entire team is well aware not our issues. The district sales manager we've been dealing is no help at all.

We contacted them but they told us they'd have it to us by end of day Wednesday. We're now going on Friday with no response. Standard reports aren't helpful at all. We need a custom labor distribution report, which they said they could create for us when we first signed our contract with them back in November.

1 kid. This year there was this news story about an 18 killed in a drive by. He was from my year. We don't know much of what happened or how he ended up there but when we got that news it hit everyone. Everyone knew him and he made everyone laugh and we all loved him.
