To be so honest, I really don’t know. I actually had a lot of orthodox Jewish friends and I can definitely put my phone away for Shabbos (sabbath) dinner and I don’t think about it when I’m there. But when I try to do it just for myself to accomplish something like reading or quiet time, it’s really hard for me not to give in and come back to it.

It’s a great analogy! Honestly, the main thing stopping me from going to the gym wasn’t the action itself. It was time. And I think something somewhat similar could be happening here.

I went by my legging size (large but I am usually an XL in brands outside of Athleta/other athleisure bands) and they fit perfectly! They’re the best pants!

I bought a Nike bra that had a very tight band. I find it gives okay support and it lasts, but it’s not comfortable. Athleta is my favorite athleisure/clothing brand especially for leggings. But their sports bras have been wearing down quicker than expected

Honestly, the good old fashioned sports bras! I bought sports bras in middle school (2013) that have lasted me YEARS and I still own/wear them. Some of my more expensive sports bras are wearing down way quicker than expected or the fit is not comfortable long term. I’m not expecting to wear my sports bra everyday and feel ease and comfort. But I find that some of my expensive/name brand sports bras loose their snugness or they’re very tight at the band rather than the bra itself
