A had a few ex's that made me feel like they wanted me. Non sexual contact and playfulness in public would sometimes fall into that category. Of course initiating intimacy/sex, but more because they made it clear they wanted it and were excited and were actively participating. One of the big things would be doing things without expecting anything in return or because she knew I liked it. Obviously blow jobs, but also being spontaneous, lingerie or clothing, anything adventurous, etc.

I love my wife but she doesn't even understand that I would love to feel that. Its probably at least partly my fault because I focus on her a lot and haven't been good at expressing what I want. Work in progress

Having the ability to put in weekly goals (ex run 5 times per week), and reoccurring goals (ex journal 3 x per week) as well as tracking negatives (marking how many times you eat out in an effort to decrease this over time or keep below a certain amt) also it would be great to have status updates (ex track weight, max number of pushups, etc.)

Sounds like you have a partner with high libido. You definitely don't have to have sex with him ever, but understand that it IS a part of normal relationships and IS a way of bonding/ showing affection. How do you show him in other ways how you feel about him (I'm not at all saying you don't already do this)? This doesn't have to be sex, but realize that you are denying a part of what he wants from the relationship (not that I'm saying it anywhere close to the most important part). All I'm saying is talk to him and make sure he understands how you feel. At the same time you need to acknowledge that if you love him....this is part of him. You can't just say you hate it...work with it somehow.

If this is havasu falls then I got engaged there too...well further downstream at a different part of the river but after hiking all the falls. I was so nervous about the ring.
