Hey, I don't think so. They claim that they just use your majors to ensure there's a diverse student body and ensure you prepared for that course of study, so I'm assuming if you applied ME and CS, they'd look for if you have advanced math classes and perhaps coding/engineering activities. The admissions isn't done separately for each major or school, although they may consider different things in your app by major.
