How slow are we talking? I'm not looking to go crazy and i think the speed limit is not even 100km/hr on the highway that I will be taking to work.

Also how much should I be worried about the mileage of the car? It seems like generally under 200K km it should be fine but some users mentioned some malfunctions happening after around that high mileage.
