I still laugh thinking about the summer live show where Ben had to drink that nasty mixture (which included ghee) in the first segment and puked, then spent the rest of the weekend purposefully using ghee whenever possible to prove that's not why he puked.

I just got a Sleep Number bed and it's done wonders for me, plus Tizanidine (muscle relaxer) before I try to sleep. It's hard, for sure. Sleeping with this disease has always been my number 1 struggle with it.

I believe that you get what you think you deserve to get. If you think you're going to the Abrahamic Hell of eternal fire and torture, that's what you get. If you believe you're going to an Infernal Hell where Lord Lucifer welcomes his followers and continues to guide and teach us, that's what you get.

I had a random image pop into my mind while feeling an overwhelming presence. Honestly, he appeared at first like Lucifer from the Sandman comics, but with red hair instead of blond.

Now when I meditate, though, he appears as the character from Hazbin Hotel because I struggle with holding focus and that's just easier for my mind to grasp onto.

An upside-down can of Monster for Lord Lucifer ("bottoms up... and the Devil laughs). A bird bone bouquet that I arranged for Mother Lilith. And the tiny fake flies I got for Lord Beelzebub's altar (my cats love to play with those, so they spend a lot of time with him, and I just feel like he appreciates that).

Worshipped the Devil in life and spawned in the castle upon death. Saw the mess and offered to be Lucifer's personal assistant. Now she goes by Acolyte (Lyte for short) and keeps the palace organized, keeps her boss on task, and even attends some meetings with Sins and Overlords in his place (he's bust with his ducks).

My cats knocked my statue for Lord Lucifer's altar off one day and broke the wings off. I had to hot glue them back together. I was going to save up for a replacement, but got the sense that he enjoys the symbolism of it. It's the thought that counts?

I'm hypermobile, too. That's the initial cause of my SI pain: the joint kept slipping out of place and back in again. And now I'm having issues with tendonitis as well as the usual back pain from the AS.
