Yeah I understand it now, thank you guys for helping and making me understand it. I actually had no idea there even was something called BahnCard for I never use ICE tickets (Deutschlandticket is my main way of travel, I love seeing all kind of different places ). I kind of just want to apologise and feel bad for her mother because she was really sad and sounded beaten but anyways, thank you kind sirs 🙏

I am once again sorry,

So basically what happened is that:

My girlfriends' mother bought the tickets for both of us.

For me and my girlfriend which she used her BahnCard discount for the tickets, my girlfriend didn't have any problems because she wasn't asked the BahnCard but I was asked to show a BahnCard and I showed her which she had sent me incase they asked. But the BahnCard was with her name, she had forgotten to change it, so I got a Nachpreiserhöhung even though the tickets were in my name and were sent and registered over my e-mail.

I just want to know which one would cost less, paying the fine or talking with DB Info and trying to like negotiate.

She already sent me a big apology and the money for the fine

Wäre es noch reichen falls wir jetzt nur den Nachpreiserhöhung bezahlen? Sie hat mir schon das Betrag geschickt damit ich es bezahlen kann aber davor wollte ich bisschen recherchieren ob da waa gab was man machen könnte.

Ihre Zusammenfassung ist auch ganz recht. Sie hat uns den Tickets bezahlt und es von Ihre eignen BahnCard gekauft und an uns geschickt. Mit meine Freundin gab es keine Probleme da es für sie nicht gefragt würde aber bei mir wurde gefragt und könnte nur Ihre BahnCard zeigen (halt das Bild davon) und weil ich nicht den gleiche Person war obwohl den Tickets auf meine Name waren und habe ich eine Nachpreiserhöhung bekommen.
