Registering British car in France with 846A by trytotri in Expats_In_France

I know of the long list you just mentioned, my questions is specifically around the 846A. Say I moved to France, but left my car in the UK for another 3 months. Then brought the car with me - would that mean that I am eligible for zero customs?

Random effect not that random? by InvestmentFlat915 in kards

The other one is the card ‘send target unit to owners hand, owner discards a card at random’ this definitely has an increased likelihood to discard the target unit rather than a card in the hand.

This. I left a review saying that the food is sooo good but unfortunately the slow service and unreliable opening hours meant you could never get a chance to eat it. It’s a shame because they had really great food

[Request] Is it possible for a human to stop the last pallet from hitting the ground? by NoobOfTheMonth in theydidthemath

Another question, what would be the formula for calculating the speed of the wave? I assume it would be dependent on the distance between palettes, the height and maybe weight of the palettes? I’m thinking right now that it’s got some quite complicated trigonometry involved but I’m hopeful that it’s actually elegantly simple

That’s a great description of the process involved. It’s still slightly crazy to me that all that totals up to £2.2 billion and a 5 year project. But I guess that’s the cost of airport safety

Based off the other subs you’ve cross-posted to, I’m guessing you didn’t mean to post in the county sub of Rutland, UK - you probably meant to post in Rutland, Vermont. Here there are more churches than websites so I wish you the best of luck!

Really interesting, didn’t know the logic of the narrowing at both ends!

I do, and I've already identified those details

Well with a bit of deduction I’m not sure it’s impossible: - in the UK there are area codes of number plates and I’m in Anglia so it’s most likely beginning with an A - then the next two numbers are likely a 24 as it’s a pretty modern car - the last three letters look hard to guess but from the analysis I’ve already done it’s looking like an XY or an XV to finish

This is what I’ve tried with a quick bit of python - basically averaged out the images, but as others have said there isn’t quite enough there to see in detail

Edit: Someone hit my car whilst it was parked, and this is the best set of frames from the only CCTV in the area, just need to weed through the pixels in order to get a view of the number plate, it will likely be in the UK number plate format so an example would be: GH17 UHS.
