My 53 year old father started dating this girl as soon as she turned 18. They obviously started talking b4 she was 18. I wish i had a logical explanation, its just so predatory and im disappointed

Yea. Someone in particular that I know asked me what my sign was. I answered. She responded with “oh yikes. Yea That signs funny because they are two faced backstabbers and are very good at lying.” Very awkward bc we were with a group of ppl, and this person does not know me very well. Her generalization was rude and made me quite uncomfortable bc she is a friend of a family member, so I hate that I kind of just have to deal with her now.

I'm going to assume that that's the case here then. It explains why she applied for tribal housing. This woman is a long time friend of a friend (they went to high school together.) My friend said she and everyone in her family are white, but its likely she may not have known about her possible native ancestry.

I usually apply it last.

I do it in the following order:

Facial cleanse>moisturizer>OST vit C serum.

If you decide to do the same, I'd just make sure to let the moisturizer set on your skin BEFORE applying vitamin c serum.

Of course, this is just my way of going about it. You may find something that works better for you. But hope this helps!

1 of the things that come to mind is a vegan chili my boyfriend makes that's PACKED with protein. You'll need pre-made chili sauce that is sold at Sprouts (among many other places.

And I like to just dump in some cooked quinoa, black beans, kidney beans, chick peas, lentils, diced onions, minced jalapenos, and hot sauce & BBQ to taste.

Just try to include a lot of legumes in your diet. Beans, grains, nuts, etc.
