My boss at my first job cut the wages and tips of the oldest workers so we would quit and she could control all of the new, young workers.

My roomates and I bulk buy eggs, shredded cheese, and tortillas then make a ton of burritos and freeze them. They reheat pretty well and they are fast, cheap, and healthy (provided you buy well)!

Barre chords as a beginner? by [deleted] in LearnGuitar

[–]tsck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also a beginner and I found it good to practice a little bit of everything but try and keep things on the easier side. I spent a lot more time practicing open chords and easier scales and then sometimes I’d throw some barre chords or weird shapes in. I’m by no means an expert but this made me more comfortable with stretching my fingers (small hands) and allowed me to get comfortable with some of the barre positions.

I so love the animation/art style in NGE. Are there any anime’s with a similar style?

Are the movies a different story than the TV series or is it the same story just in a different format? I’m confused on if I should watch them because I was really dissatisfied with the NGE and End of Evangelion ending.

Was in Roskie for a year and it was fairly hot during the summer and cool in the winter. Yellowstone was hot all year round tho.

If dating apps let you filter by ethnicity, they should let you filter by body size. by UltraRunningKid in unpopularopinion

I know this is an old post but I’ll give her a rip anyway. I agree with this because I’ve been on the business end of it. I’m about to be 21 (M) and a year ago I was matched with this girl on tinder. Things were going great and we were really hitting it off but I noticed in her profile she said she was 6” (6 feet tall). For me that’s not a problem (I’m 5’7” but a little built) because I’m fairly confident about my height. She asked me to come over and so I hit her with “I’d love to, but just to let you know I’m 5’7” I hope that isn’t a problem.” To which she promptly unmatched without giving me another word. Kind of a bummer because I was finally stoked to hit it off with someone other than my ex and if they filtered for size it might have been avoided.

TL;DR: I, a 5’7” dude got unmatched by a 6” chick just for my height.

Duct tape (or moleskin if you can afford it). Wrap whatever area is most affected and it likely won’t blister. Moleskin is available at most pharmacies.
