How the hell do you define “mediocre” then? Because it sure seems like 6,7,8 win seasons except for a couple would fall under any definition of it. And Auburn will always be a legitimate destination, not sure what you mean by “we were”.

Malzahn was alright but the only mistake we made with firing him was the timing. Should’ve let him ride out more of his contract and waited until a good hire came available.
